1. Agreement to terms

5. Accounts and business customers

Certain services are offered only to verified business customers and approved use cases. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access where risk, compliance, or contractual requirements are not met.

6. No purchased-list messaging

We do not accept purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists for messaging. Consent must be sender-specific to PEAK MARKETING GROUP, INC. Consent captured for another brand or sender may not be used for our programs.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, logos, and materials are owned by the Company or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or written permission.

8. Privacy

We do not claim STIR/SHAKEN is fully implemented until that status is truthfully published on our Compliance page.

12. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of liability
